The Manager of Administration & Finance Services is responsible for the financial stewardship, administrative governance, and corporate procurement strategies of the airport. This role ensures the fiscal health of the airport through strict budgetary control, optimized capital expenditure (CapEx) tracking, robust revenue collection (both aeronautical and non-aeronautical), and compliance with international accounting standards. Additionally, this role oversees back-office corporate functions, including Human Resources administration, contract management, and legal services.<\/p>\n
Financial Planning, Budgeting & Analysis<\/p>\n
Fiscal Budgeting: Lead the formulation, consolidation, and monitoring of the airport\u2019s annual Operational Expenditure (OpEx) and Capital Expenditure (CapEx) budgets across all departments.<\/p>\n
Aeronautical & Commercial Billing: Oversee the billing and collection systems for airline landing\/parking fees, passenger service charges (PFCs), and concessionaire revenue-share audits to ensure zero revenue leakage.<\/p>\n
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheets, P&L, Cash Flow) in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for the board and executive stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Yield & Variance Analysis: Perform deep-dive cost-benefit analyses on airport infrastructure projects and investigate budget variances<\/p>\n
Procurement & Supply Chain Governance<\/p>\n
Tender & Contract Oversight: Manage the corporate procurement framework and supply chain policy for the airport. Review and validate high-value vendor contracts, service agreements, and equipment purchases.<\/p>\n
Cost Controls: Implement sourcing policies to optimize corporate purchasing power, managing relationship frameworks with external suppliers, financial auditors, and banking partners.<\/p>\n
Corporate Administration, HR & Legal Affairs<\/p>\n
Administrative Operations: Direct the airport\u2019s central administrative services, including corporate record management, IT back-office infrastructure, and facility office management.<\/p>\n
HR Administration Support: Oversee payroll administration, employee benefits frameworks, labor union compliance, and administrative corporate policy updates.<\/p>\n
Legal & Risk Compliance: Liaise with legal counsel to manage insurance portfolios (including complex aviation liability insurance), manage pending litigations, and ensure total compliance with corporate law and tax regulations.<\/p>\n
Education:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
7\u201310 years of financial and administrative management experience, preferably within a capital-intensive industry (e.g., airports, airlines, transport infrastructure, logistics or civil engineering firms), with at least 3 years in a corporate leadership role<\/p>\n
Track Record:<\/p>\n
Proven success in managing corporate budgets, executing clean corporate financial audits, and overseeing large-scale procurement tenders.<\/p>\n
Advanced Financial Modeling: Expert proficiency in financial forecasting, asset depreciation models, and revenue infrastructure calculations.<\/p>\n
ERP System Experience: Practical knowledge of enterprise resource planning software.<\/p>\n
Regulatory Tax & Accounting Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of IFRS, international corporate taxation laws, and standard airport economic regulatory frameworks.<\/p>\n
High-Level Integrity & Discretion: Exceptional moral and ethical standing required to manage sensitive corporate assets, payroll data, and proprietary board strategies.<\/p>\n
